Executive Director

Rachael oversees the production and delivery of Olivia Buckley International’s destination weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, leading the teams responsible for planning, production, guest management and on-site operations.

Working across complex international commissions, she is responsible for budget oversight, production schedules and the coordination of multiple stakeholders throughout the planning process. Her role ensures every aspect of a commission remains connected, with teams, suppliers and stakeholders working towards a shared vision from initial planning through to final delivery.

Lauragh is often one of the first people our clients meet and remains a trusted point of contact throughout the planning process. Known for her warmth, compassion and attention to detail, she supports principals, family offices and guests across every stage of a commission, from guest communications and accommodation planning through to on-site delivery.

Having travelled extensively before returning to her native Galway, Lauragh brings a natural understanding of the cultures, traditions and perspectives that shape many of our international celebrations.

Fiona supports projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring every element is executed to the highest standard. Her meticulous attention to detail transforms ambitious ideas into celebrations that feel considered and beautifully executed.

With a passion for architecture, fashion and gastronomy, Fiona is constantly researching emerging talent, creative partners and fresh ideas from Ireland and across Europe. Equal parts creative thinker and meticulous organiser, she brings both imagination and precision to every commission.

Event Executive

Lan oversees vendor procurement and guest administration across Olivia Buckley International’s destination weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.

Responsible for maintaining the studio’s network of trusted vendors, she continually researches emerging talent, evaluates vendor proposals and manages procurement processes on behalf of clients. Her role includes contract administration, confidentiality management, supplier scheduling and the coordination of key planning information across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with the wider production team, Lan ensures every commission is supported by accurate information, considered planning and meticulous organisation from the outset.

Senior Finance Director

Since joining Olivia Buckley International in 2015, Cynthia has overseen the financial management of wedding celebrations, private parties and corporate events produced throughout Ireland.

Known for her discretion, organisation and meticulous attention to detail, Cynthia works closely with private clients, family offices and trusted advisors to manage the financial oversight of each commission.

Her role frequently involves multi-currency budgets, international supplier payments and complex financial administration, ensuring every aspect of a celebration is managed with precision and professionalism.

Sian Cahill

Marketing and Communications Manager

Since joining Olivia Buckley International in 2022, Sian has supported the communications requirements of destination weddings, private celebrations and corporate events produced throughout Ireland.

Working closely with principals, family offices and trusted advisors, she assists with media liaison, press embargo coordination and communications planning where discretion is required. She also oversees Olivia’s speaking engagements, editorial opportunities and industry partnerships
