From selecting your creative vendors to ensure your personality is authentically captured, to liaising with your venue to ensure that every detail that we know is important to you from accommodation to dining options are taken care of to the highest standards, we manage all communications with each creative vendor ensuring that our core principles in design and production are rigorously adhered to allowing for expert execution of your event on-site.

5. Event Concept to Creation

The Olivia Buckley International team ensure that each and every detail of your event is executed seamlessly. We manage all proposals, budgets, processes and schedules for every logistical detail imaginable from creative vendor meetings and site visits, comprehensive timelines for all internal and external teams, overseeing every detail at your chosen venue from dining options to installations, permits, health and safety regulations or construction to guest logistics including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, attire, travel or childcare. Every minute detail that is involved in taking your concept to creation is reviewed, implemented, and managed by our team to ensure all event experiences are impeccable, smooth, and stress-free.

6. On-site Event Management

Your special event is now underway so this is your time to sit back, relax and enjoy this once in a lifetime event experience! The Olivia Buckley International team will be on-site from the time your first supplier arrives until the last guests leave, ensuring that every detail is perfect, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the celebrations.
